Our ‘B2B’ website, known as “The Trade Zone” offers our customer’s up-to-the-minute live stock information about more than 18,000 product lines that are housed in our Gold Coast distribution centre. The Trade Zone also allows our customers to track and trace their shipments online, reprint invoices, down load price lists and place and modify orders 24/7. We also have a very comprehensive Vendor Managed Inventory program that we are able to offer selected clients.

AID has Business Development Reps in each state with a comprehensive support team in our Helensvale offices. Our BDRs help stores to maximize the benefits of our VMI program as well as offer a full merchandising service. AID has designed a comprehensive POS system which includes several types of display shelving and dump bins as well as a continuously changing range of table wrap bunting and pre sell and messaging slicks.
