AID has been the preferred movie and game sub-distributor for all of the major publishers for over 25 years. We have specialised in working with our supply partners to help service any customers that they don’t manage directly.
More recently we have taken on the distribution of GoPro which has proved to be an exciting new brand for us to support and has opened up our client base enormously. This new client base includes our usual AV and online customers but has added all the key camera stores, surf stores, bike stores and all other adventures outlets.
We are able to provide our valued customers with a ‘one stop shop’ solution for all categories and supply all their stock requirements. This service is complimented by our dedicated team consisting of experienced customer service representatives, our national account managers, our in house design studio and our very experienced IT programming team.
Our ‘B2B’ websites, offers our customers live stock information and live Inventory Information for approximately 25,000 product lines on the games and movie side and the complete range of GoPro products and accessories on their B2B site. All housed in our 22,000m2 Gold Coast distribution centre. Our B2B sites also allow our customers to track-and-trace their shipments online, reprint invoices, download price lists as well as place and modify orders 24/7.
